What hub Is

hub is a private, invite-only community and collaboration platform for hub brokers and approved brokerage participants. Access is limited to invited or approved users.

We collect the account and profile information needed to operate the private hub, including name, email address, phone number, license status, markets served, profile details, access request details, and content users choose to submit inside the hub.

If you use a social login provider such as Google or Facebook, we may receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, profile picture, and email address, so we can confirm that your login matches an invited or approved account.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, verify invite-only eligibility, show broker profiles, support community posts, opportunities, calendar items, vendor resources, direct messages, and admin workflows.

How Information Is Shared

Information submitted inside hub is intended for internal hub use by approved users. We do not sell user personal information. Content may be visible to other approved users or administrators depending on the feature used.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and content records may be retained as needed to operate the hub, support compliance, and maintain community records. Users may request account or data deletion through the data deletion instructions.
